the location was very convenient. two underground stations were very close. bars were also nearby. i enjoyed having drinks in the relaxing bar area.
the staff seemed ok, not really friendly. i was not asked about my stay at checkout. the rooms felt small, not really worth the price.

The hotel location is great. It is a short walk from both the Tower of those and Tower Bridge. Aldgate station is very close. It provides easy access around the capital. The room was clean and modern (it was just what i needed!).
My room was small. The room did not include a refrigerator for drinks. I asked for a late check-out because my flight was late, but i did not receive any help with that.

small roommissing safe
the room size proved inadequate for a comfortable stay. i found very little space to place luggage and move around. additionally, the absence of a safe in the room caused concern. i had to carry valuables at all times (this was quite inconvenient). i hope they will consider these improvements .

I stayed at this lovely place recently. the rooms are super clean. It is really something. the staff are friendly and. i found the location convenient to many attractions.
the check-in process felt a bit slow. it took longer than expected. i hope they can improve the speed of check-in.
